Purchased but not shipped: 2.9 - 3.9% payment processing fee, depending on your payment methods. Payment processor (e.g, Paypal, Visa, and Shopify) keeps the fund. We don't. If pre-orders, $100 cancellation fee.

Shipped but unused (within 30 days): 10% restocking fee, customer pays shipping both ways.

No returns after 30 days

Used: No returns.
