We haven’t tried it out yet. All the lakes here are frozen

It was great, got lots of attention while unfolding/folding back up ?. Takes about 5-10 minutes to fold/unfold after you have done it once before.
In the water it did great - nice and straight, no complaints from me.

Absolutely amazing product! Very easy to put together and it feels very solid. I bought it because I used to fly canoes all over Canada and they are cumbersome to tie on and fly with. Additionally most aircraft need authorization to fly with an external load, you also must count the weight of the canoe as double.... a 50 lbs canoe now takes away 100lbs of useful load and it really slows the plane down. This canoe requires no certification or paperwork to transport and can go in any vehicle plane or not. It stores nicely at home in a shed or closet. The only thing I would like to see is a different would be an option of a few colours.

I just got mine. Brought it out a few times already. It feels like a real canoe. It's stable and really does set up quickly, easier than an inflatable. One and only downside is that It's not the fastest to paddle especially if you're the only strong paddler; my kids are loving it though especially since I do all the work.

We own MyCanoe 2.5 and can't wait to have a new model. We've been using the old one for over 4 years and it's still going strong. My daughter will be a new owner of the old one!

I own a Plus and was asked to review. I am impressed by the thought, design, and engineering that went into this canoe. It is very well constructed and all the parts appear to be robust and of good quality. I have had it out on the lake twice for rowing and fishing. It is well suited for both activities. It rows like a dream and just scoots through the water with good directional stability. As for fishing, there is lots of room for your gear and it's comfortable for casting from a sitting position. Initial assembly and disassembly were intimidating and left me wondering what I had gotten myself into. I was glad this was done at home where the YouTube video was easily accessible. However, once the some experience is gained and the parts are used to working with each other the process gets easier and quicker.

Had a chance to try a Duo at a local demo day and ended up pre-order one! Very well built and high quality material throughout the canoe and accessories. Paddled straight and was easy to maneuver. Easy to setup and fold. Excited to own one.

Good paddle. Light weight. The metal button which holds the two pieces together occasionally does not pop back up, when pressed down. This makes putting the two parts of the paddle together a bit fiddly.

So it took forever to figure out how to exactly get this together and then folded back up. The instructions were confusing, and I'm not 100% I'm getting it up correctly every time, but honestly I think I am. And now that I have the steps it's pretty easy. I've used it several times and it works great.

It took maybe 25 min the first time but much easier after that. Canoe worked great—we’ve only tried it with one adult at a time set up for rowing.
